Requirements

• ◾ Obtain a bachelor's degree in architecture or architecture from a recognized university.
• ◾ Knowledge of architectural design works, engineering consultancy, and project implementation supervision.
• ◾ Ability to prepare and review architectural plans, executive details, and technical specifications.
• ◾ Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, municipal requirements, and related engineering standards.
• ◾ Proficiency in the use of engineering software, especially AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) techniques.
• ◾ Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, and electromechanical plans and address technical conflicts.
• ◾ Good technical reporting skills, follow-up on implementation quality, and coordination with teams.
• ◾ A valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
• ◾ Readiness for immediate initiation is a prerequisite.
