Job Vacancy: Business Development Officer Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Target Construction is seeking a qualified and experienced Business Development Officer with a background in the Oil & Gas industry to join our Head Office team in Al Khobar. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas industry. Experience dealing with Saudi Aramco tenders, projects, and prequalification requirements is preferred. Good knowledge of ERP systems and SAP. Familiarity with tendering procedures, commercial documentation, and project opportunities. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
