Requirements
- * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- * Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- * Strong experience in excavation, backfilling, grading and soil preparation
- * Knowledge of field and laboratory soil testing
- * Experience reviewing drawings and technical specifications
- * Experience in site supervision and contractor follow-up
- * Knowledge of quality, safety and technical requirements
- * Good reporting, coordination and communication skills
- * Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership is preferred
