BAK United Contracting Co, a leading firm in the Construction / Real Estate Development / Engineering Consultancy sector, is seeking a highly competent and distinguished Civil Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the supervision of our current and future construction projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Full on-site supervision of construction project execution from inception to final handover, ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Closely monitoring work progress on-site to ensure adherence to established project schedules.
Effective coordination and continuous communication with consultants, contractors, and various work teams to ensure smooth execution.
Reviewing and verifying quantities and materials supplied to the site against required technical standards.
Implementing and enforcing occupational health and safety standards, and ensuring quality execution at the work site.
Required Qualifications and Conditions
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising construction and finishing projects.
Professional Accreditation: Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (mandatory requirement). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in essential engineering software (such as AutoCAD and project management tools) and the ability to accurately interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, a high capacity for resolving on-site issues, and the ability to work under pressure.
Driver’s License: Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred).
