Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers amp; 5-Star Hospitality
Main Contractor: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G)
Civil Project Engineer
Position Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise civil construction activities from structural works through finishing and handover
. Coordinate daily site activities with Construction, Technical, QA/QC, MEP, Planning, and Subcontractor teams.
Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Monitor progress, quality, manpower, materials, and construction schedules.
Coordinate structural works including concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, waterproofing, and related civil works.
Identify site issues, clashes, and constructability concerns and coordinate timely solutions. Coordinate with Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support inspections, RFIs, and technical submissions.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, SBC, and project standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 8–12+ years of relevant civil construction experience.
Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
Strong site execution and technical coordination experience.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred. Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia and ready for immediate joining are preferred.
