CIVIL QC SUPERVISOR)

Job Description

Lead the day-to-day Civil Quality Control activities on a major high-rise project, ensuring construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise Civil QC Inspectors and coordinate daily inspection activities.
Inspect concrete, rebar, formwork, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
Review approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and checklists.
Coordinate IR/MIR inspections with the Consultant and construction teams.
Monitor quality compliance and identify defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities.
Prepare, follow up, and close NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Construction, Technical, MEP, Planning, and Subcontractor teams.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, approvals, and quality records.
Support testing, site audits, quality meetings, and consultant inspections.
Ensure compliance with SBC, ACI, ASTM, project specifications, and approved procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• ⏳ 12+ years of Civil QA/QC experience
• 🏙️ Proven High-Rise Building experience – Mandatory
• 🏨 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality experience – Mandatory
• 📋 Strong knowledge of ITP, IR, MIR, NCR amp; Method Statements
• 🏗️ Strong background in structural concrete, rebar, formwork amp; finishing
• 🤝 Excellent leadership, coordination amp; communication skills 🇸🇦 Saudi/GCC experience preferred
• ⚡ Immediate availability preferred
