HIRING | CONTRACT ENGINEER Join China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers amp; 5-Star Hospitality We are seeking a qualified Contract Engineer with strong contractual and commercial expertise to support the successful delivery of our prestigious construction project in Medina. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and contractual obligations .Review contract terms, specifications, scope of work, and deliverables. Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims, EOT submissions, and contractual notices .Manage contractual correspondence, notices, registers, and supporting documentation. Review subcontractor payment applications, variations, and commercial submissions. Monitor contractual milestones, project risks, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, and Construction teams.Support dispute avoidance, claims evaluation, and contract-related negotiations.
