China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CRCC 18) seeks an experienced Emergency Response & Rope Access Coordinator for its Superblock Five high‑rise towers and 5‑star hospitality project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing emergency preparedness, rescue operations, and rope access activities on the construction site. Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response and rescue plans. Coordinate emergency response teams and rope access personnel. Supervise rope access work at height ensuring safe execution. Lead emergency rescue planning, drills and practical training exercises. Conduct risk assessments and review method statements for rope access and rescue operations. Ensure compliance with IRATA standards, project HSE procedures, and safety regulations. Inspect and monitor rope access equipment, rescue kits, and safety systems. Coordinate with HSE, construction teams, subcontractors, and site management. Investigate emergency incidents and recommend corrective actions. Maintain emergency response records, inspection reports, and training documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- ✓Relevant degree or diploma in Safety
- ✓Engineering
- ✓or a related discipline.
- ✓Valid IRATA Level 3 certification is mandatory.
- ✓Extensive experience in rope access operations
- ✓rescue techniques
- ✓and emergency response coordination.
- ✓Strong knowledge of working-at-height safety
- ✓rope access systems
- ✓and rescue procedures.
- ✓Experience in high-rise construction projects is highly preferred.
