Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Experience in:
- Building construction
- Renovation and refurbishment
- Fast-track projects
- Cost control and budgeting
- Project commercial evaluation
- Ability to identify commercial and technical risks during tendering.
