Finance Manager
Reporting to: Group CEO / Managing Director
Lead the finance function across the holding company and its subsidiaries, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, financial controls, and subsidiary financial performance.
Serve as the primary financial adviser to group management, providing reliable financial information and practical recommendations to support business decisions, improve profitability, and manage financial risks.
Escalate material financial risks and submit major financing arrangements, investments, and financial policy changes to executive management or the Board for approval, as applicable.
