WE ARE HIRING | HSE COORDINATOR
UCC Holding KSA is looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator to join the team and contribute to a landmark hospitality development in Diriyah, Riyadh, by ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsability
Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Coordinate the implementation of project HSE plans and management programs.
Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure safe working conditions.
Coordinate HSE training, safety awareness initiatives, and training needs assessments.
Prepare HSE reports, monitor KPIs, and maintain safety records and registers.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems and procedures.
Coordinate with project teams and management to achieve HSE objectives.
Location: Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• 4–8years of relevant HSE experience.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and Construction sites is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the Diriyah environment is preferred.
• Relevant HSE certifications are required.
