Qualifications required Minimum 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within the construction or facilities sector. relevant bachelor's degree along with NEBOSH and IOSH certificates. proficiency in English. Good Communication skills. duties and responsibilities Field Inspection: Conducting daily walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure workers strictly comply with wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Risk Assessment: Analyzing task-specific risks (JSA) and issuing Permits to Work (PTW) for high-risk activities (such as working at heights or in confined spaces). Training & Awareness: Delivering daily safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) and conducting HSE induction training for new hires and contractors. Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents and near misses to determine root causes, and writing reports to prevent recurrence. Emergency Preparedness: Overseeing firefighting equipment and first aid readiness, and organizing regular fire drills and evacuation simulations. Environmental & Legal Compliance: Ensuring safe disposal of industrial waste and maintaining company adherence to local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
