Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural procurement activities for high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects. Review architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material requirements. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, suppliers, and site teams. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Manage material submittals, technical compliance, approvals, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely procurement of architectural finishes, flooring, ceilings, doors, wall cladding, and other finishing materials. Monitor procurement progress and resolve material-related issues.
