UCC KSA Holding is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to support its construction and MEP projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong procurement expertise, GCC experience, and the ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of project materials.

• Source and procure construction and MEP materials, equipment, and services.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate commercial offers, and negotiate competitive prices.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with site, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and material delivery.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• • 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction/MEP projects.
• • GCC experience is mandatory.
• • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• • Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement procedures.
• • Experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
• • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• • Immediate joiners are preferred.
