Requirements

• ◾ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• ◾ 5-7 years of work experience in the implementation and supervision of construction and contracting projects.
• ◾ Experience in following up the implementation stages of projects and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and engineering plans.
• ◾ Good knowledge of engineering project management, preparation of schedules, and follow-up of completion rates.
• ◾ Proficiency in the use of engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• ◾ Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and reviewing technical specifications and tables of quantities (BOQ).
• ◾ Knowledge of quality control procedures, quality assurance (QA/QC) and safety requirements at project sites.
• ◾ Ability to follow up with contractors and suppliers and coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities.
• ◾ Experience in preparing technical reports, business progress reports and monitoring performance indicators.
• ◾ Ability to identify operational risks and challenges and propose appropriate engineering solutions.
• ◾ Strong skills in communication, coordination, problem-solving, and managing priorities.
• ◾ Ability to work under pressure, manage projects efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
