Role Description
KEEN Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Project Manager within the construction, building, and industrial contracting sectors in Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of MODON regulations, Aramco project standards, and industrial zone construction. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil
Engineering or a related field.
Project Management: Comprehensive expertise in end-to-end project management, site execution, resource allocation, and ensuring strict adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements, permit acquisition, and direct coordination with MODON and municipal authorities.
Technical & Commercial Skills: Strong capabilities in value engineering, subcontractor management, contract administration, and technical estimation.
Driving License: A valid driver's license is required.
Languages: Arabic and English is required.
