QA/QC Manager (Construction)

Hiring for Saudi Arabia: QA/QC Manager (Construction) We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for a major housing renovation project in Saudi Arabia. Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in construction and building projects. Minimum 5 years in a management position. Proven background in housing renovation, residential refurbishment, or building rehabilitation projects. Preferred certifications include ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP, RMP, and Six Sigma. Core Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan and quality procedures. Supervise multidisciplinary civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical QA/QC teams. Oversee site inspections, internal quality audits, and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management.
