Job Description
Contribute to the management and evaluation of risk management processes in the project, and ensure that potential risks are identified, analyzed, evaluated, and developed appropriate plans to deal with them, in a way that contributes to reducing the impact of risks and achieving project objectives.
Job Functions
Identify potential risks that may affect the project.
Conduct risk assessment and analysis and determine the level of impact and probability of its occurrence.
Developing and updating the Risk Register.
Develop plans and strategies to address risks and reduce their impact.
Monitoring the implementation of risk management plans and ensuring their effectiveness.
Prepare periodic reports on risks and submit them to the concerned department.
Collaborate with project teams, consultants and contractors to identify and address risks.
Follow up risks related to design, implementation, timeline and cost.
Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
Contributing to the development and modernization of the project's risk management procedures and methodologies.

Requirements

• * Strong skills in risk analysis and assessment.
• * Ability to prepare risk reports and analyze data.
• * High communication and coordination skills with various project teams.
• * Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
• * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• * Good knowledge of risk management methodologies.
• * Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Non-Essential Tasks:
• - Coordinate meeting schedules
• - Monitoring the inventory of safety tools
• Educational Qualification:
• * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Experience:
• * Minimum of two years of experience in the field of risk management or a related field.
• * Experience in companies in their fields is preferably construction projects or major projects.
