Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description

Retal Group is hiring a Senior Planning Engineer to join BCC in Al Khobar.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project planning team and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project performance updates.
Monitor design deliverables, SDWG submissions, and procurement activities.
Lead Extension of Time claims and review subcontractors’ schedules.
Develop project KPIs and support forecasting and earned value analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use development projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI.
• Strong command of English.
