POSITION: STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman with strong technical drafting skills and proven experience in high-rise construction and luxury hospitality projects.

Requirements

• Prepare and update reinforcement drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) when required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
• 8–12+ years of structural drafting experience.
• Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of structural detailing, reinforcement drawings, and BBS.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or Tekla Structures experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
• Candidates available in Saudi Arabia and ready for immediate joining are preferred.
