WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT ENGINEER
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers amp; 5-Star Hospitality
Main Contractor: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G)
Senior Technical Architect Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Lead architectural technical coordination for high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects. Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
Coordinate architectural works with Structural, MEP, Façade, Interior, PT, Precast, and Specialist Subcontractors. Identify design discrepancies, clashes, constructability issues, and propose technical solutions. Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Design Team, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.
Review consultant comments and ensure timely incorporation of revisions.
Support site teams with technical clarifications and architectural solutions.
Monitor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, SBC requirements, and project standards. Maintain technical records, RFIs, drawing registers, and approval status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 12–15+ years of relevant architectural technical experience.
• Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, façade interfaces, and construction methodologies. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
