Sales Manager (Earthmoving)

Job Overview: Responsible for developing and growing earthmoving and construction equipment rental business. Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and building customer relationships. Promote rental solutions to contractors and project clients to achieve targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and support business expansion strategies to drive sustainable growth. Job Role: Rental Business Development Develop the rental business for earthmoving and construction equipment. Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets. Customer & Sales Management Promote equipment rental solutions to contractors and project clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. Project & Contract Handling Conduct customer visits to identify new project opportunities. Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers. Operations & Market Support Support rental contract preparation and timely order execution. Monitor market trends and analyze competitor business activities. Finance & Reporting Coordinate with Operations to ensure equipment availability. Work with Finance to ensure timely collection of rental payments. Compliance & Responsibilities Prepare sales forecasts and customer activity reports regularly. Ensure compliance with company policies and perform assigned duties. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 5–6 years of experience in equipment rental industry. Sales Experience Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills. Industry Knowledge Understanding of earthmoving equipment and construction projects. Ability to identify market opportunities and customer requirements. Work Skills Strong coordination, reporting, and customer management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
