Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer (Civil) to join our Technical Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing structural shop drawings, developing BIM/Revit models, preparing quantity take-offs, coordinating across disciplines, and providing technical support to site teams on residential building projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review structural shop drawings. Prepare quantity take-offs. Develop and update structural models using Revit. Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. Review drawings and technical specifications. Provide technical support to site teams and resolve execution clashes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of technical office experience on residential building projects. Currently working in a technical office using BIM/Revit. BIM/Revit certification. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ASD. Effective coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
