Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with الأمباط القابضة | Ambatt. The Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and monitoring project progress to address technical issues as they arise. The role also involves analyzing data, recommending improvements, and assisting in the implementation of new systems, processes, or technologies. The Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical input to support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in engineering principles (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline) and the ability to apply them to practical projects.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering tools and software such as CAD applications, project management tools, and standard office productivity software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and translate them into clear actions and deliverables.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to diagnose issues and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications or membership in engineering bodies are an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to engineering projects in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
