Quality Control Engineer

Job Description
Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections, testing, and measurements as required.
Identify, document, and investigate quality issues and non-conformities.
Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and maintain quality control reports, records, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze quality data and recommend improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Handling final inspection with (Client, consultant, TPI & external auditors )
Attend and run Kick-off meeting & PIM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimume 6 years of experience in quality control or a related engineering role.
- Good knowledge of quality control tools, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prefer CQE-CCQM cert.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality-related software/tools is an advantage.
